I am very excited to announce that we will start leadership teaching in Europe and the time zone is close.

Two days ago, I had my first leadership teaching with people from North America, and it was amazing.

I spoke about our hurts when it comes to leadership and how we, in many ways, come from broken families (churches) and therefore have many bad memories. When we hear words like leaders, elders, or pastors, it creates a negative experience, and we think of control, disappointment, limitations, fear, instead of protection, freedom, growth, and positive examples.

Many, therefore, discard the biblical structure because of this. But there is also a problem because many use these functions to create an unbiblical structure.

And no, I am not here to start a new church denomination. But the truth is, you can be biblical in how elders, leaders, submission, and accountability are implemented without it becoming a church denomination. However, we cannot be biblical without those things.

We need to be strong for what the future brings. We need strong local communities that work together in connection with the five-fold ministries as living organisms.

Yes, I have so much I want to share.
But it went really well the other day, and we will now start the same teaching and training in Europe and the time zone there.
