A convicted felon tries to kidnap a 14-year-old Arizona schoolgirl while she was on the phone with her mother. "Mom, somebody is chasing me" the girl told her mom. She was walking home from Raymond S. Kellis High School when she noticed a white vehicle pull up behind her and drop off a man. The man reportedly began to follow her, matching or increasing his pace as she walked. She decided to run into a nearby neighborhood, where she found a resident walking his dog. After she explained the situation and they called the police. Timothy Guan, 28, was arrested for attempted kidnapping according to reports Timothy has a history of criminal activity involving juveniles.
