Official Doctrinal Decree from the Holy Apostolic See of Rome (in exile), of condemnation of the heretical false doctrines of the illegitimate assemblies of heretics, as SSPX, SSPX-MC, SSPV and the sedevacantist heretics etc., by the Supreme Teaching and Magisterial Papal Authority of His Holiness Pope Jacobus I, with the proper Canons of ANATHEMA to each point of inquiry and these heretical propositions condemned. Let it then be known to all who would have the temerity to refuse to follow in conscience, or otherwise deny or attempt to refute or contradict this Our present Decree, that such an one will incur the wrath of God Almighty and the Apostles St. Peter and St. Paul.
