1. The first half is about Red Meat being manipulated and put together by Glue. This brand is from Publix, but most all the others are doing this also.

It is like gluing together diarrhea and making a turd. Not only is it gluing the worst of the worst remnants of “beef” if you can even call them that, but they are calling it STEAK, which is not true. It may look like a steak, but it is remnants held together by an enzyme called transglutaminase, an enzyme called thrombin and the protein fibrinogen.

Blend them together and you have a glue and when you mix them all together you make whole pieces of meat and then all you do is shape them to look like the cut you want.

The United State Department of Agriculture's Food Safety and Inspection Service has mandatory labeling requirements for transglutaminase.

The enzyme must be listed in the product ingredient statement along with any other ingredients used in the product formulation.

The keyword to look for on meat labels is the word “FORMED.”

Products formed from pieces of whole muscle meat, or that have been reformed from a single cut, must disclose this fact on their label, as part of the product name, e.g., "Formed Beef Tenderloin" or "Formed Turkey Thigh Roast."

4. Coca Cola – recalls Sprite, Diet Coke and Fanta because they may contain “Foreign Material.” They did not say what that foreign material was, but it can’t be good.

5. Quaker Oats Recall – over 40 products could be contaminated with Salmonella.

6. Frozen Strawberries, Mixed Fruits and Smoothie Blends – linked to Hepatitis A.

This makes you wonder just how much is really caught, reported and recalled?

We may be eating a lot of contaminated food.

I believe it is safe to say that most of our food is not healthy. We need to listen to our body. A lot of our “foods” are not even recognized as food by our body as it is encouraging the body to attack the broken down “food particles” as foreign material.

There never has been a wiser time to grow some of your own food.
