Roasted Whole Chicken - Recteq Pellet Smoker

We love roasted chicken here on the BBQ Rando Ranch and woooooo we have a simple recipe for you tonight to make on your Recteq Pellet Smoker, but we are not smoking, we are roasting. Prep your chicken the way you normally do. We have a 5 1/2 pound bird and add your favorite seasoning and preheat your Recteq or smoker to 375 degrees and roast the chicken for 90 minutes or until the internal temp hit 165 degrees. Remove and let rest for 10-15 minutes then carve and enjoy! WOOOOOO! We love Recteq!
