Locals avoiding Mexico after state department issues travel warning on spring break hot spot

The U.S. State Department is urging spring breakers to be cautious after a security threat was found at a popular Mexican destination. The warning is about Playa del Carmen and it comes following an explosion there two weeks ago after unexploded bombs were found on March 1.  According to the U.S. Embassy, it has received information on another threat.
