Tracking Forgotten Air Mail History | Utah Navigation Arrow Drone Recon

Early exploration trip to two historic U.S. Air Mail navigation arrows in Utah’s west desert — part of a forgotten aviation infrastructure from the 1920s and ’30s.

This was one of my first attempts to locate and film these concrete arrows by drone. The footage includes approach driving, context shots, and aerial views from a DJI Mavic 3.

Originally cut as a 12-minute ride-and-discovery video, this version was trimmed down — but future edits will be even tighter.
