The tragic death of Washington D.C rapper Douglas Brooks, who went by the name 'Swipey' or 'Dirty Swipey' was unexpected. His style, energy and music all contributed to his newfound success within the DMV. Sadly, his life and career came to a sudden close at a party in Suitland, Maryland in 2016.
