Ingredients
Lentil & Parsley Salad
â—‹ 500g Brown Lentils, soaked for 1-2hrss, and cooked for approx 45mins until 'al dente'
â—‹ Bunch of Parsley, finely chopped
â—‹ 1.5 Red Onions, diced
â—‹ 3-4 Tomatoes, deseeded and cubed
â—‹ Juice of 1 Lemon
â—‹ 3 tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
â—‹ 1 tsp Mustard (Preferably Dijon)
â—‹ 2 tsp Mayonnaise
â—‹ 1 tsp Pepper
â—‹ 2-3 tsp of Salt

Teriyaki Salmon
â—‹ 100ml of Soy Sauce
â—‹ 2tbsp of Honey
â—‹ 2tsp Chilli Flakes
â—‹ 2tsp Coarse Black Pepper
â—‹ 2tsp Garlic Powder
â—‹ 1tsp Ginger powder
â—‹ 800g - 1kg of Salmon (Sailfish/Thalapath, Mackerel Seer/Thora, Cod, Haddock)
