What is Zakat? Is it charity or something else like a wealth tax? If it is a wealth tax why are there so many excuses not to pay? What does this say about Allah's law? Does it sound confused? What if Islamic scholars claim to know more than Allah's law and actually appear more intelligent than Allah's law? Ramadan and Zakat are inseparable as much as jihad and Ramadan are inseparable.
