The London Criminal who took a man’s life before going on the run was Shane O’Brien. In 2015, a very public murder took place at a bar in West London. Josh Hanson died from a neck wound in front of his girlfriend, friends and bar patrons. Following what many described as an 'unprovoked' murder, O’Brien fled Britain on a plane, using false travel documents to cross into various European countries. However, after three and a half years spent running, he decided to turn himself in to face punishment for the killing of the 21-year old man.
