THE UNEMPLOYED LONER WHO MURDERED A KENT PCSO

Julia James was a Police Community Support Officer (PCSO) in Kent.
In 2021, she was savagely murdered by a man whilst walking her dog in a remote area close to her home. The murder sent shockwaves throughout the community and across the UK. Fortunately, her killer was soon identified because of CCTV cameras and a gamekeeper who suspected that something was off.
