Objective: what are you focused on accomplishing?

Key results: the measure you will apply to determine if you have accomplished your objective.

OKR objectives: tasks that will challenge you to reach or stretch further to move forward to the result.
OKR objectives: specifically focused and limited in number.
OKR objectives: need to include your personal/spiritual growth, physical health, and mission or business strategy.
OKR objectives: reviewed, evaluated, and updated on a quarterly basis.
