World Economic Forum Plans for Places Attacked by DEW Rebuild Plans in Place Before Each Attack

This man researched the places attacked by the hellish DEW , just recently Texas and our meat supply. I fear for the prarie soil, radiation is not a grass fire.
Each place has a plan already in place before the attack.
First they spray - chem trail the air with a flammable substance. Then they hit it with a hell hot radiation ray and then they geoengineer winds to blow the flames around. Then they acquire the land and control the survivors , in AI cities.
So please unite and Expose this , Speak out, Scream it, shout it and do not be afraid of being called a Conspiracy theorist any longer, we must expose this now or never or next time it can be our family who is zapped to death.
