Guelphissauga News: Homeless Hotels, Conestoga's Cash Cow Calamity, & Cyber-Bullied Mayor | Mar 2023

The Fellowship of Guelphissauga continues with the Homeless Hotels rolling in dough. The tent encampment downtown was quieter this week while a few minimum wage earners huddled in hotel rooms. Funded by $630,000 of our tax dollars, the Homeless Hotels filled their rooms and cashed in until the end of April. Meanwhile in Conestoga's Ivory tower, their President was on a spending spree, buying up buildings to house their thousands of incoming international Cash Cows. But they will have to be on their best behaviour with the new police cameras getting installed downtown. The cameras will be used to sometimes monitor serious crimes, such as cyber-bullying. Can Carly of Klassen and the Elder Elves do anything about the Housing Cost Crisis and will the Homeless Hotels actually help the homeless?
