Abraham was justified by his faith.
👇
Genesis 15:6 And he [Abraham] believed in the Lord, and He accounted it to him for righteousness.
👇
Romans 4:3 For what does the Scripture say? “Abraham believed God, and it was accounted to him for righteousness.”
👇
Galatians 3:6 just as Abraham “believed God, and it was accounted to him for righteousness.”
👇
James 2:23 And the Scripture was fulfilled which says, “Abraham believed God, and it was accounted to him for righteousness.” And he was called the friend of God.

What does God say about Abraham? Genesis 26:5 Abraham 👉obeyed My voice and 👉kept My charge, 👉My commandments, 👉My statutes, and 👉My laws.

The Apostle Paul understood this concept, he said this in Romans 3:27-31 Where is boasting then? It is excluded. By what law? Of works? No, but by the 👉law of faith👉[Your faith excludes or keeps you from boasting in the works of the law.] Therefore we conclude that a man is justified by faith apart from the deeds of the law. Or is He the God of the Jews only? Is He not also the God of the Gentiles? Yes, of the Gentiles also, since there is one God who will justify the circumcised by faith and the uncircumcised through faith. Do we then make void the law through 👉faith? 👉[Paul asks, Does your faith void the Law?] 👉Certainly not! On the contrary, 👉we establish the law. [We become just like Abraham who was justified by his faith, we obey His voice and 👉keep His charge, 👉His commandments, 👉His statutes, and 👉His laws, because we are not trying to be justified by these things, now our obedience is out of a pure love for Him.]
