DO YOU SAY ‘NO’?

To live a healthy balanced life you must have boundaries with others and that includes saying ‘NO’ when you need to.
Especially when you don’t want to do something. If you are saying ‘YES’ when you want to say ‘No’ you are only hurting yourself. Placing boundaries will include saying ‘NO’ to others, including friends and family! If you can’t say ‘NO’ or have a hard time saying ‘NO’ this is something for you to work on to create healthy boundaries.
