It wasn’t until I discovered meditation and I attempted to dip my toe into the waters of spirituality, that my whole belief system started to unravel.

I cover roughly the various layers, understandings and figure heads that make up this curious subject. I also take a deep dive into many stories currently being discussed in the mainstream media. Things are definitely heating up, the subject very much is gaining mainstream acceptance in some circles. I ask why now?
