Johnny Manziel Calls the NCAA a JOKE for Still Not Paying College Athletes

Johnny Manziel is calling the NCAA out again. Yesterday he tweeted a photo of his Time Magazine cover back in 2013 where he was featured in a story tilted “It’s Time To Pay College Athletes.” He wrote in the tweet “IT’S TIME!” after calling the NCAA a joke. Do you guys think college athletes should be paid and why or why not?
