The dentist kept probing in my mouth looking and digging then said you have no cavities and asked me how I did that. I told him I didn't. My parents did not let us eat candy and the like. To date, I have no cavities.

Linda, make sure you are not breathing through your mouth. I was a mouth breather and my mouth was always dry. At night, I tape my mouth shut to keep my mouth from drying out.

One at a Time

Even if you have multiple teeth that require root canal therapy, most dentists will only address one tooth at a time. This is because doing multiple root canals in one day could take hours, which wouldn't necessarily be comfortable for you keeping in mind how long you'd have to hold your mouth open.

I had to taste it all and desserts healed the times when I was upset about something. It was my comfort food enjoyed with ice cream. Sadly, I used white sugar because I did not know what I know now.
