Here's a few clips of what my Planche, Handstand and Gymnastic Training looks like. Unfortunately I hurt my shoulder a few weeks ago, so I couldn't go too hard in this workout, but all these moves are really helpful for building strength

1. Tuck Planche Kickouts
2. Wall Planche Push-ups (with bent arm isometric hold at the end)
3. Wormstands
4. Dropdown Push-ups (with straight arm isometric hold at the end)
5. Handstand Push-ups followed by shoulder presses
6. Handstand isometric hold
