Fleeing Teen Get Shot Just before Throwing His Second Gun

American Canyon Police Ofc. Joshua Coleman shot Demarea Vaughn Rogers III (18) following a brief foot chase in Vallejo, Calif. on Jan. 11, 2024. during the 30 seconds foot chase, Rogers dropped one gun in a driveway and threw his second gun after being shot. Rogers survived.
