Unanimous Supreme Court Decision Warns About Future Lawfare Cases Against Trump

It is rare that the Supreme Court comments on more than simply the direct question in front of it. The court did so in their unanimous decision to stop Democrats from trying to have President Trump removed form the ballot in certain states.

The court sees that with this lawfare, it is the court system itself that has been put on trial. Are our courts a joke or not? The extra language is a not so subtle indicator on where the majority of the court will rule on Presidential Immunity.

SCOTUS has sent a signal the lower courts to stop this nonsense now. Will they listen?
