OKPray Podcast - Episode 4 - Representative Stan May
Representative May served in the Tulsa Fire Department for 30 years before running for the District 80 House seat.
Raised Catholic, Stan has always had a strong faith foundation that sustained him during challenging seasons of life including the oil bust and following his first marriage.
Exploring a calling, Stan moved from Kansas to Rhema Bible Training College in Tulsa during the early years of the schools founding. Through a verity of twists and turns, Representative May began to realize his service to God would not be as a minister, but as a first responder and public servant. His tested faith continues to empower him in raising a wonderful blended family and in service to the great State of Oklahoma.
May loves his dogs, the great outdoors, supporting and cheering his children and grandchildren in their unique pursuits of happiness, riding motorcycles with his wife cross country and representing his community in the State House.
