G.I. Joe 25th Anniversary Cobra: The Enemy foil card unboxing

Today we open a Cobra. This Cobra trooper comes with four accessories. There is the obvious rifle and knife and then you have his removable chest rig and helmet. The helmet stays on fairly well. I think I would have preferred a permanent helmet but it is fine. The chest rig is rubbery material. There is a hole and peg under the front silver buckle. The knife can be slipped in to the clips his right leg. The articulation on this figure is better than the classic 80s figures but not by all that much. The head moves side to side but there is not much range at all up and down. The shoulders are a hinged swivel. The elbow has another swivel hinge and the wrist is a swivel. The chest has a break and appears to be on a ball joint. Turning is no problem but the up and down or forward and back range is limited. At the hips you have the classic articulation without the O-ring and open crotch. The knees are double hinged and finally the feet have a hing and peg in to the ankle allowing them to swivel side to side. I think the cobra symbol on the chest could have been a bit larger on this figure but it is well printed. I would have preferred the original O-Ring figures in this packaging but these updated figures are not bad. They are certainly a step above the similar size Marvel Universe figures.
