Temporary Water Main

What you have to do when they replace water mains.
The yellow pipe from the fire hydrant running next to the curb then up the tree-way on the main street provides fresh water to the homes on 8th Street while the water mains are replaced. Don't even ask about the hose running down the middle of the street between manholes.
