RCMP Police Harassment Clearwater BC

This is a short video of a police officer harassing a father & son recently beaten by another RCMP officer, Cody Lockwood. The beating happened on July 11, 2021 and this incident happened in Feb. 2022.

This officer felt it his duty to target this father & son, and warn them about black ice ahead, although they were 1 of 3-4 vehicles crossing the cop's path at the Clearwater round-a-bout.

This happened at 1:30am when father and son were returning from a long drive (home school field trip) to Castlegar.

So, if 4 vehicles went by the officer & he wanted to issue a warning about black ice, why did he single out the father & son, previously beaten by another cop? Why not the other drivers going the same way?

I guess the other drivers never got beaten up by cops before.
