Anyone who thinks Captain Beefheart's music is full of disorganized sound needs to listen to this hot rendition of "Nowadays a woman's gotta hit a man!"
The original was off their 1972 album "Clear Spot," but the Captain and the Magic Band prove in this 1980 live version that they still had the magic!
Featuring the Captain on blues harp and growly vocals, this iteration of the Magic band is as tight as can be. If this doesn't put a smile on your face, you ain't listening!
