A Pioneer Cemetery Hiding in Plain Sight!

Ever heard of the Beaubien burial ground? Neither had I. I have driven past this location hundreds of times on Ogden Ave in Lisle, Illinois and never noticed that there is a pioneer burial ground nestled in between the many businesses.

We bring you a short video taking a deeper look at the old Beaubien Burial Ground along US Highway 34 (Ogden Ave) in Lisle, Illinois. Now owned by the State of Illinois with suburban sprawl surrounding it, this is the final resting place for several pioneers who settled the area.
