Red deer dashcam vid / Alberta Government snowy roof

Its a pet peeve of mine when people dont clear snow and ice off there vehicle and those who are not paying attention to traffic lights. Our Government showing us up once again with safety and following their own rules , lol Are they drunk on a substance or thier ego ?
