St. Pete Council shoots down proposed Dunkin' Donuts

St. Pete business owners consider Wednesday a win in the war to keep St. Pete local. After dozens of business leaders and residents packed a city development review commission meeting, city leaders voted "no" to a proposed Dunkin' Donuts.
