Vice President Joe Biden in 2012: "We are leaving Afghanistan by 2014. Period"

Joe Biden made the statement on national television that the United States would withdraw from Afghanistan by 2014, three years prior to when Trump took office as the 45th President of the United States of America on January 20, 2017.
