tewing pot CHICKEN CACCIATORE 1 BONE-IN CHICKEN (Eliminate SKIN) -ENOUGH TO COVER Lower part OF Stewing pot 1- 15 OZ. CAN STEWED TOMATOES 1- 15 OZ. Could Tomato at any point Sauce 2 CLOVES GARLIC, DICED 1 MED. ONION, DICED 2 Stems CELERY, Slashed 1 TSP. OREGANO 1/2 TSP. SWEET BASIL 1/2 TSP. ROSEMARY 1/2 TSP. CILANTRO 1 TSP. SALT 1/4 TSP. Dark PEPPER Blend stewed tomatoes, and tomato sauce; and add the rest of the fixings. Blend well. Pour over chicken and turn stewing pot on high until blend starts to bubble. Turn it down low and let stew for the afternoon. Serve over brown or white rice and have a prepared green plate of mixed greens.
