Navigating Adult Bullies with Firmness and Spiritual Depression!

Notes:
I have found that if someone is USED to operating in this way it is very highly unlikely they will change that route of behaviour quickly. When one learns they can "benefit" energetically from disempowering another and quite easily- with very little effort over time it becomes a heavily engrained behavioural pattern.
Why change the behaviour when you can put in very little effort in yourself and instead try and "guide" another's life path/choices/freewill!
To me- it is a little silly but thus it is incredibly common and when we realise we can easily rebuke the energy we are no longer " at the mercy" of others wanting us to feel a certain way.
To me- it does not make a lot of sense as to why someone would do that- as they are only interfering on another's life choices but are doing nothing to change the course of their own lives- it does not seem like a good choice to make- but netherless Life is Life and that is that persons energy!
When the energy transference can happen it can feel incredibly heavy and unsettling in your own aura - ( emotions are ENERGY) and subtly influence you to not " follow through" with what you were going to do. WATCH your feelings and the energy and how it influences you- over time- you will be able to decipher if your feeling the naughty perpetrator's energy or intent for you or if someone is trying to make you energetically responsible for their own actions and are trying to place their unwanted feelings on you so they do not have to feel the ramifications ('karma') of their own choices and you can then send it back firmly !

Remember that it is just ENERGY and you CAN clear it out or send it back to the person to deal with! Watch the energy from the person- how does it make you feel- sit with it- send it back.
You have just as much right as this person to be living your life in accordance to your own free will! Don't let another's unhappiness decide the course of your incarnation! BEE FREE and make HONEY! ;)
