Ep. 8 Running a 280-Member House Church with Steve & Angela Moutria of Torah Family

The last time we interviewed Steve and Angela Moutria, they were in Costa Rica, had just left 119 Ministries and were thinking about starting TorahFamily.org. Now seven years later, they've successfully launched the ministry and an enormous in-person Shabbat service in Arkansas (I mistakenly say Missouri in the intro!).

Steve talks about running a successful church and gives pointers on how to navigate growing out of a house and into renting a room and then various church spaces. He talks about how to deftly shepherd a group and allow discussion but protect the flock from dissension.
