News Report 12 is based on the article reveal at everydayconcerned.net, proving that police departments in the USA have been testing and "fielding", that is, operating different kinds of electromagnetic, electrical, acoustic neurotechnology weapons on people all over the US--without open public disclosure, discourse, approval from the public--and the usage of which "Targeted Individuals" have whistleblown about for almost three decades now, since the '90s at least, and earlier, in the prisons in the '80s.
