I want to introduce you to Gabriella Delorenzo and Megan Rothmund, two incredible TPUSA students who attend SUNY Cortland.

"When I was 15 I discovered Turning Point. I immediately loved what the organization stood for. I loved the morals that it had, the views that it had."

"When Gabriella reached out to me about becoming vice president for it, I was so excited, and it was exciting to become a part of something so great."

These two young women tried to start a TPUSA chapter at their school, but the Student Government refused to recognize the chapter. Instead they were belittled and demeaned for 100 minutes in public. Faculty even got involved and the university president responded by saying "We silence voices all the time in this country."

They persevered and SUNY Cortland reversed their decision in a massive victory for free speech. A huge shoutout to @ADFLegal for representing our students' First Amendment rights, playing a huge role in the reversal.

There's still much work to do, but Gabriella and Megan are exactly why @TPUSA fights so hard to make sure there's a home for conservative students on America's campuses.

Onward! 🇺🇸🔥
