It’s very common for Ascension symptoms to surface as we acclimate to a new, higher state of being – physical discomforts such as heart arrhythmias, fatigue, dizziness, and tinnitus are some such examples. Slowing down, stabilizing your energy as well as cultivating a space of inner peace is really important during these times and will assist you in maintaining your energetic balance dealing whilst meeting any personal challenges or dealing with triggers on a global level. βœ¨πŸ‘‰DAILY TIPS to help you energetically navigate the ASCENSION PROCESS: 1. Connect with the earth by spend quality time in NATURE. Ground yourself by going bare foot. Soak up some sun. Take a walk, do some gardening. 2. Spend quality time with your PETS. Animals are earth angels! 3. Diet- Stay away from processed, artificial foods loaded with chemicals and preservatives. Eat as much high quality NATURAL FOODS as possible. 4. Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of fresh, filtered WATER. 5. Allow yourself time to RELAX and REST more. 6. Practice MEDITATION for great benefits - mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. 7. Prioritize your SELF-CARE. Give yourself permission to cancel plans and chill when you feel you need to. Replenish your being. 8. Utilise MUSIC to shift or enhance your energy. Binaural beats are great for balancing the hemispheres of the brain. 9. Practice GRATITUDE and count your blessings. 10. Utilise the power of INTENTION at the start of each day to be in alignment with your Higher Self and be best guided along your highest, Divine path.
