If you need a moment in the day to stop and breathe, this is it. 3 1/2 minutes to pause and recalibrate.
Look into the white box. Dead Center is where you want to focus but anywhere is good. Make sure to stay in the white box. Let the walls travel past you and just Breathe. The end will give you 3 seconds notice where you will steady yourself back into the moment. Enjoy this break from the world.
