Investigative Journalist Laura Loomer tells Steve Bannon that Republicans missed an opportunity today. "Special Counsel Hur came to the conclusion in his report that Joe Biden was not mentally competent to testify because he has some kind of brain issue or memory lapse or is an old doting man with good intentions," Loomer said. "Isn't the next question 'Well, if he's too mentally unfit to testify then does that mean that he's too mentally unfit to be president of the United States?'"
