The growing bonhomie of Russia with China and now India has rattled the U.S. Russia is now collaborating with India on controlled thermonuclear fusion research. The CEO of Rosatom told news agency PTI that Russia is also seeking co-operation from India on the potential of transit in the Northern Sea route. The interview comes close on the heels of Russia's announcement of working on a project with China to put a nuclear power plant on the moon. Watch for more details.
