The former Aquatics Director of Allegan Public Schools is pleading guilty

Scott Simmons was fired last October after it was discovered that he was having a sexual relationship with the student who was between the ages of 16 and 17. Simmons has pleaded guilty to three charges of criminal sexual conduct in the third degree involving a student. He faces up to 15-years in prison for each charge
