You're going to be shocked when I tell you why the NAACP is discouraging black student athletes from attending Florida colleges.

NAACP leaders seemed to be angered by Florida's decision to limited a woke-left Marxist program commonly known as DEI or Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

Florida's legislators realize that DEI is both racist and sexist to the core and is founded on selective equity.

Now when I say selective equity what I mean is: Every gets to be a physician or airline pilot regardly of aptitute of skill set. The objective is to create a color balance.

Now, I call it selective equity because it only applies to certain fields.

Basketball isn't included in the inclusivity program. Rather most pro sports remain merit based, with the possible exceptions of ice hockey, swimming, and tennis.

Here's a question for you: Do you think racial segregationists agree or disagree with the NAACP on this decision.

The NAACP has taken a stand against the dismantling of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) programs in Florida's public colleges and universities, urging Black student-athletes to reconsider attending institutions in the state. The organization sent a letter to NCAA president Charlie Baker expressing concern over the limitations placed on DEI programs and the prohibition of expenditures for programs engaged in political or social activism.

The Florida Board of Governors passed a regulation restricting public funding for DEI programs, defining them as those that classify individuals based on various factors and promote preferential treatment. This move has led to the discontinuation of DEI programs across the state, including at the University of Florida, which recently terminated all DEI staff positions.

NAACP president and CEO Derrick Johnson emphasized the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion in educational institutions, highlighting the value that Black student-athletes bring to universities. He urged athletes to reconsider attending predominantly white institutions in Florida, citing concerns about the protection of their community and the progression of their education.

Governor Ron DeSantis defended the regulation, arguing that DEI programs were imposing ideological conformity on universities. The move has drawn criticism from the NAACP, which issued a travel advisory to Florida in 2023, citing concerns about hostility towards Black Americans, people of color, and LGBTQ individuals.

The NAACP's letter to the NCAA underscores the ongoing debate over DEI programs and their role in educational institutions, particularly in the context of racial equity and social justice.
