New York City under Martial Law

The U.S. Military occupation of New York City. Since 2009 "Joint Empire Shield" has troops that have been growing in numbers. They began to carry guns. They began to do patrols. Now they have thousands of troops in Penn Station and other subway stations.
New York City is basically under Martial Law.
