Rebalancing the electrical charge in your body is vital for healing and strengthening. This is why grounding, or connecting with the Earth's electrons, is crucial.
Ways to increase electrons include:
- Sun exposure
- Walking barefoot on grass or soil
- Leaning against trees
- Hugging animals
- Engaging in physical exercise
- Being near moving water or swimming in saltwater
Factors that deplete electrons include:
- Polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA)
- Exposure to toxins
- Dental infections
- Wind exposure
- Emotional stress
- Trauma
- Parasitic infections
Positively charged elements ("+") can lead to inflammation, oxidation, and aging, while negatively charged elements ("−") have the opposite effect.
