🇬🇧 British mercenary Harry Greg, who fought in Ukraine in the ranks of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, committed suicide upon returning to the UK, the Telegraph newspaper reports.

He went to the Ukrainian conflict zone after the statement of former British Prime Minister Liz Truss that everyone who did this would join the “battle for democracy,” the publication noted.

According to the soldier's mother, after his return he suffered from PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder), and in December 2023, he took his own life the day before his 25th birthday. - FRWL reports
