Youtube Censors this: Many people still don't get where government gets its privilege

Can "the State" do whatever it (the beneficiaries of state privilege) wants to do whenever it wants for whatever reason? In a recent conversation, I could not nail the gelatin to the wall regarding two very simple questions:
Do "you" have unalienable Rights?
Where does "The State" get its privilege/authority?
It seems to me that many people, especially those who would consider themselves "Americans" just don't get it, and I believe demoralization is a factor. The "Legislature" is not given the authority to pass any legislation outside the constraints of their explicitly delegated privileges in the relevant article of the pertinent Constitution (For the pseudo Federal Legislature it's Article 1 of "the Constitution of the United States/U.S.) and WHEN not IF they do try, neither the executive or judiciary can lawfully enforce any breach of contract or trust or violation of Rights, but they do...and we allow it. Or, the pseudo Legislature acts within its own sandbox pertaining to plenary power over the Federal District and over U.S. persons, creating tribunals inferior to the supreme court, and the Commerce Clause. Government is by consent or by tyranny....and if you are not consenting, and merely standing as a peacekeeping man or woman doing no harm, than it is tyranny.
