Ayatul Kursi is the 255th verse of the second chapter of the Quran, Al-Baqara (Q2:255). In this verse, God (Allah) introduces himself to mankind.

The Four Quls, also known as the Surahs Naas, Falaq, and Ikhlaas, Al- kafiroon are recited in combination with Ayatul Kursi as a powerful dua for protection. The Prophet said to recite Surah Al-Ikhlas and the two last Surahs of the Qur'an (Al-Falaq and An-Nas) in the morning and evening three times.
