Recently we got the news that Naomi has some dairy allergies and also some digestion concerns. Instead of ignoring these issues or going with medication that only covers the problem I decided to go head on and go gluten and dairy free. But not only that, I am extending it to my entire family of 6. My youngest daughter Naomi has Down Syndrome. In this video I will share with you our grocery hauls, how it is beginning to affect my children, what we eat in a week plus much more.
