Whites in the U.S. actually commit less "mass shootings" than Blacks when adjusted for percentage of population.

Mother Jones (no friend of Conservatives) has been compiling the government data on Mass Shootings since 1983. This is government data that does not track the night club shootings, mall shootings, drive by's etc that are endemic to a certain ethnic group and is just ignored. For more data on that please seek and download the (now free) book entitled "The Color of Crime".
Here is the break down from the Mother Jones data:
Out of 325.7 million total U.S. population, there are 106 mass shootings.

60 of those mass shootings were committed by non Hispanic Whites.
55 done by non Jewish Whites.
5 of the 60 mass shootings attributed to Whites were committed by "Jews"

16 of those mass shootings were committed by Blacks

11 of those mass shootings were committed by Hispanics/Latinos

62% of the U.S. population is non Hispanic White. To have parity to their relative population, Whites would need to have committed 66 of the mass shootings (60 committed)

2% of the population (1.63) or 5.3 million are Jewish. To have parity to their relative population, Jews would need to have committed 2 mass shootings (5 committed)

13% of the population is Black. To have parity to their relative population, Blacks would need to have committed 14 of the mass shootings (16 committed)

Non Hispanic Whites that include Jews are UNDER REPRESENTED in mass shootings by 9%
Non Hispanic Whites that DISCLUDE Jews are UNDER REPRESENTED in mass shootings by 17%
Jews are actually OVER REPRESENTED in committing mass shootings by 250%
Blacks are actually OVER REPRESENTED in committing mass shootings by 14%
